Shroomveil is a fun adventure game set in a magical, mushroom-filled world full of danger and discovery. Explore a beautiful fantasy world, find and defend villages, equip warriors, clear dungeons, defeat bosses, and bring peace to Shroomveil. Peace brings a steady flow of materials from the villages for crafting and upgrades. Then collect, prepare, buy, and loot supplies for important events such as weddings, festivals, and holidays.

In Shroomveil, you search for Sporeling villages, equip their warriors, and defend against enemy raids and defeat bosses. Then loot the enemies and collect mushrooms and infuse them into your gear for combat upgrades. Find dungeons and clear them with the assistance of the village warriors. Craft gear at the blacksmith, craft potions at the potion shop, and sell unwanted loot to the merchant.
DEFEND VILLAGES
Frequent attacks plague surrounding villages. Help complete a series of raids and mini-bosses to bring peace to each village. Once at peace, villages will provide a stead supply of mushrooms and materials for crafting and quests.
EQUIP VILLAGE WARRIORS
Each village has a warrior who will assist in battle. After battle, loot enemies, upgrade the gear, and then equip your warriors with better gear making them into powerful allies who can help you clear dungeons and raids.
UPGRADE GEAR WITH THE MUSHROOM MAGIC SYSTEM
Collect magical, elemental mushrooms; fire, air, water, and nature. Infuse their magic into your armor and weapons and gain damage buffs, health, speed, mana, and stamina buffs. Consume mushrooms and gain temporary increases in speed, damage, mana, and stamina.
CLEAR DUNGEONS
Clear dungeons with increasing difficulty. Have your village warriors join you in battles, including bosses. Find rare loot, potion recipes, armor and weapon blueprints, and more.

The peaceful, small-statured Sporelings once lived in the bustling industrial cities of the North. Their size made them easy targets for exploitation and abuse, forced into labor by those who saw them as weak and insignificant.
One day, a curious young Sporeling named Draxen ventured farther than ever before, deep into the wild forests beyond the city’s edge. After days of wandering through swamps, climbing icy mountains, and crossing frozen glaciers, Draxen stumbled upon a breathtaking meadow unlike anything he had ever seen, a land of towering mushrooms, shimmering magic, and endless wonder.
The air was calm, the soil rich, and the land teemed with life. It was a place where crops could flourish, goats could roam, and the Sporelings could finally be free. Among the many strange mushrooms growing there, one stood out, a magical shroom with the power to teleport anyone who touched it back home.
When Draxen returned, he shared his discovery with the others. Soon, a large gathering was held, and it was decided that the Sporelings would leave the cruel cities behind to build a new home in this magical land, a place they would name Shroomveil.
For centuries, the Sporelings lived in peace, hidden away from the outside world. But peace cannot last forever. In time, the same dark forces that once oppressed them rediscovered their thriving villages, now more twisted and cruel than ever, enslaving creatures and spreading corruption.
Now, the Sporelings need your help to defend Shroomveil, restore balance, and protect their enchanted homeland from those who would destroy it.

I'm a solo dev living in Canada.
I have been coding all my life. Over the years I have made a number of custom software solutions for a variety of businesses with my biggest project being my SaaS accounting software, Bean Cruncher.
I originally started Bean Cruncher Software Inc. in 2010 to develop an accounting platform for small and medium-size businesses. It has been a few years since it needed any updates, so I decided it was time for a new project.
As a life long gamer and solo dev with some game development experience, making games is an exciting challenge I really enjoy.
So in August 2025, Bean Cruncher Games was born.
